The third compact double bedroom shares a shower bathroom with the second bedroom. Bedroom 2 which is made up us as king can, when requested, be changed to twin.

Modern in design, this massive air-conditioned open plan dining, living and kitchen area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors along one whole side that look down on the garden and across to the harbour.
Exterior steps lead you from a private balcony to the roof deck with spectacular 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the whole city. With its plunge pool, hot tub, sun deck, seating and bar counter with sink and built in Braai/BBQ. this space is ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

Neighbours at 26 Loader, to the left of 24 Loader Street, have started building work as of 9-10-24, which will mean possible noise disturbances during authorized council building working hours. This single storey ground level property is going up to match its neighbours either side.
Normally builders work weekdays from around 8am to around 5pm and sometimes also on Saturdays. They do not normally work Sundays or Public Holidays. Builders take annual holidays around mid-Dec to mid-Jan for 4 weeks.
