"Really beautiful place for my hubby and I, my sister, and adult son. We were exhausted from safari and spent 4 nights in beautiful Cape Town! Lots to do, grocery within a block, good food in neighborhood, massage place too. Richard recommended a great driver and tour guide for a few days, we headed to Robben, Stellenbosch, Table Mtn and peninsula. Hot tub is amazing for end of day, courtyard next to kitchen was perfect for our breakfast before starting the day! We will see you next year. Thank you"

"The property was modern and comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the common areas were comfortable for 2-4 people. The neighborhood was excellent with many restaurants to walk to, a grocery store 1 block away and it felt very safe to walk both during the day and in the evenings. It was great for a longer stay or even just a few days. Finally, the office staff was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had any questions."

"Location was great. Security on the corners in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood was close to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Tons of cute cafes near the house. The rooftop view was fantastic. Plenty of room for our family of four. It was so nice that they arranged transport to and from the airport. Would stay here again."

"Our Cape Town stay at this townhouse was pure bliss! Stylish and equipped with every comfort, it felt like a home away from home. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place for meals at home (except maybe on the few very windy days). The idyllic neighborhood offered a perfect blend of tranquility and access to fantastic restaurants and shopping. DeWaterkant Cottages (the management company), with a nearby office, made everything seamless. The attentive staff, just minutes away (or one smartphone message), were always ready to assist. From booking communication to our departure, their prompt and helpful responses enhanced our experience. A definite gem for an unforgettable Cape Town stay!"
