"It was a real pleasure staying at Richard’s place. The beautiful yellow house is conveniently located and only a short walk from Waterfront and other tourist areas. The rooftop terrace facing the Table mountain is a perfect spot for that evening drink. The property is also very close to a grocery store and around there are plenty of yummy breakfast places and restaurants. The fully equipped house corresponds to the description and the wifi was fast. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a convenient place in Cape Town."

"This Townhome is in a great location, walkable to nearby restaurants and shops in the DeWaterkant neighbourhood. the home is a bit dated in some areas but it is extremely comfortable and has every comfort you could desire. The views of Table Mountain are amazing, and other parts of town are easy to call an Uber to. Location and roof are great."

"Loved Waterkant Property 92 Waterkant is a smartly designed house located in a stunning neighbourhood with carefully and uniquely renovated townhouses. The house if fully equipped with 3 outdoor spaces to enjoy the wonderful Cape Town weather. Within a block are half dozen unique restaurants and a full grocery store. The neighbourhood has stepped up security patrols so we felt perfectly safe. Highly recommended"

"Super cute place with excellent management that communicates well. My boys also loved the fish in the garden patio area. Very clean, no other difficulties at all. We appreciated being able to walk just down to the corner to the SPAR and CLICKS for anything we needed. Also walked to a number of restaurants. if we ever find ourselves in Cape town again we'd stay here again!"

"We had a great stay at 92 Waterkant st. Lovely accommodation with the host on hand for any queries. Property was clean, modern with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy, that can always make a stay to me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The location was excellent. Great little bar opposite, Piano bar. Noise stopped at 22.30. Few restaurants close by if you wanted to stay local for lunch or dinner. As you very central all the excellent restaurants are a short Uber ride away. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and I would use De Waterkant cottages again."
